My work is made by hand using slab and modelling techniques. I use a number of clay bodies for the animals including Earthstone ES 5, ES 20,ES40 and ES 75. For some of the pieces I add fibre to the clay to give more strength at greenware. The work is decorated using a combination of body slip, high temperature stains, metal oxides & glaze. All work is fired to stoneware.
